About
See the market differently
Food Intelligence structures what the market already publishes — menus, shelves and labels — into one connected commercial view of the food market.
01How we work
01
Counted, not estimated
Every published figure is a count against a stated base. Where a number does not exist yet, the capability is described and no number is given.
02
Evidence class travels with the statement
Every claim on this site is classed as observed, sectoral knowledge, inferred or potential, and the classes stay distinct from the database to the page. An inference never borrows the authority of an observation. Method and model descriptions carry no class: they describe how the data is built, not what the market does.
03
Normalisation before analysis
A controlled ingredient vocabulary is applied before anything is counted, so the same ingredient written six ways is one ingredient — and a brand name is never mistaken for one.
04
Unresolved is a valid state
Products whose manufacturer cannot be established stay unresolved. Completeness is never implied by filling gaps.
Evidence model
Every Claim Retains Its Evidence Basis
An inferred relationship is never presented as an observed fact. The distinction survives from the database to this page. Processing and matching describe how data is handled; they are not evidence classes.
01
Observed
Seen directly in the source or dataset.
02
Sectoral Knowledge
Context supported by industry knowledge.
03
Inferred
An interpretation derived from the available evidence.
04
Potential
A possible commercial fit or opportunity signal. Not buyer intent, a quote request or an order.
Positioning
Built in Türkiye.
Designed to scale globally.
Türkiye is the first structured market, not the boundary of the product. The ingredient vocabulary, the entity model and the evidence classes are market-agnostic by design — a new market is a new extraction, not a new platform.
